Asian girls that come to the United States and become citizens are often choosing to raise their children much differently than their parents raised them. In fact, some of the Asian elders worry that with so many young people running off to other countries that the Asian culture will be lost along the way. The truth is that those Asian girls that choose to raise their children in the Western manner do so because they find it more appealing. They may not think it is as good as their cultural roots, but they often find it easier.

For instance, Asian girls send their children to daycare in America more often than not. In the Far East, women are supposed to stay home and take care of the children and the household. However, today this is not always the best option in America. So, Asian girls are getting out and earning jobs and therefore sending their children to daycare.

Another thing that is different about how Asian girls in America are raising their children is that they use more traditional Western medicine for their children and themselves. In the Far East, it is not as common to use traditional medicine. They rely heavily on herbs and other alternative treatments. However, once the Asian girls come to America, they often dont have access to their old treatments and find Western medicine to work fine.

So, whether or not these Asian girls are crushing the traditional Asian way of life is yet to be determined. Experts claim that enough children stay in their Asian countries to make up for the few that choose to move their children to the West and there is likely nothing to worry about at this point.
