Bodyweight Training Is All You Need!!!

 

No need to go to the gym to get fit, all you need is to learn what the truly fit people have known for years.

Bodyweight training is so much more than pushups, situps, squats, jumping jacks although if done correctly those simple exercises can become an ass kicker.

The problem is people dismiss bodyweight training as only a warm up before they hit the weights, BIG MISTAKE!

The truth is that most people can not handle their bodyweight, not even the muscle heads in the gym.

This has been proven time and time again, if your goal is to benchpress 400lbs then lift weights and blow out them shoulders

Take it from someone who got sucked into the whole gym seen for years, I thought weights were the key to total fitness, because in the 80's the only information out there was muscle @ fitness, Iron man and all promoted lifting weights to be healthy and look good.

Well, when the body started aching and the joints started to get sore I decided to find a better way to get into shape.

The results were incredible,and almost overnight along with better eating habits the body fat was stripped, the body felt better- all in a matter of days.

If you decide to use bodyweight training I can Guarantee that you will develop a stronger more athletic body in record time.

Try this simple little workout:

10- pushups
10- situps
10- bodyweight squats
10- jumping jacks

no rest in between sets continue for 5 minutes start at top of the list with pushups go to the bottom of the list with jumping jacks then go back to the top start over for 5 minutes.
