Acne And It's Causes, And What Is Available To Aid In The Fight

 

Acne is cause by many things. Most common cause of acne is certain oily substances and the build up of dirt, and the use of certain type of prescription medications. But the single most common factor that has been known to cause acne is the secretion of androgens. Commonly known as the human sex hormones that are, and do become overly active at the time of puberty. The male hormone known as androgens that are present in both male and females alike, they are the cal prate. They are what produce the oil in the oil glands. During puberty these oil glands become over active which in turn causes a build up of oil that in turn acts like a traffic jam meaning that it is very slow moving and backs up. Its this very thing that causes the pus to build up and form pimples or acne.

Certain herbal Remedies that have been proven to help against acne are herbs such as chamomile, lavender, juniper, bergamot, dandelion root, and burdock root can be used to reduce toxicity and improve the overall condition of the skin. Echinacea and poke root are often used for their anti-inflammatory properties. Witch hazel has excellent astringent properties and may be very effective on acne.

In most cases acne does affect the way you look and yes, and acne can be considered a threat to your physical as well as your personal well being. The simple fact remains that in some cases acne can lead to permanent scaring which is more than just cosmetic. Acne affects people psychologically. It is known to affect the way they perceive themselves, their self-esteem and confidence. as well as the way they interaction with others. It can cause a person to experience such feelings like frustration, depression and social embarrassment.

To fight acne effectively the battle can be fought from within. With the use of natural herbs and the proper care Acne can be controlled. By the proper use of such proven herbs, the body can be made to prevent the harmful oil build up that are caused by the imbalance of hormones that is caused during puberty. The answer to acne is really a lot simpler then it has been in the previous years. To control the problems of acne you need to control the problems of a chemical imbalance in the body. Years ago there were no such solutions to the problems. Other then trying to keep your face clean and avoid certain foods that where suppose to be the cause of acne. Today we know that the consumption of certain foods did not in fact cause acne. But there are facts that prove that the consumption of certain foods could in fact help to fight acne. Because these certain foods have the same properties the natural herbs have to break down the build up, and help control the chemical imbalance in the body.
