The Source Of Positive Thoughts

For some it may feel like a challenge to summon up positive thoughts especially when their perception of their life situation may be challenging.

It is for that reason that I submit this article to help those individuals who are feeling adrift in the sea of negative thoughts.

Positive thoughts actually live buried by negative thoughts. In other words they are ever present. The problem you see is that often one cannot see or even feel them when the veil of negativity clouds their perceptual mind.

How and why does this occur?

Well the "veil" of negative thoughts is the result of one getting too focused on the "evidence" that apparently justifies their presence in your consciousness.

For instance if you are, say, mired in the negative thought "I'm inadequate" it is because you are buying into the "evidence" which might go something like:

1. I always fail at things that I attempt.

2. Others think I'm inadequate.

3. I can never finish what I start.

4. My life is riddled with incidents of failure that "proves" my inadequacy.

5. I was born this way.

6. It's part of my personality.

7. I can't change who I am.

8. No one can help me.

9. Nothing can help me.

10. There is something inherently wrong with me.

And so on.

So now can you imagine trying to uproot a tree with many roots planted in the ground? How easy is that going to be, especially if the roots are deeply buried? Well difficult to say the least.

You see as long as this justifying evidence remains present in your unconscious mind it will continue to feed the negative thoughts ad infinitum.

Approaches that promote positive thinking, hypnotic suggestion or simple affirmations will not make a dent in such negative mind sets because they will never uproot the deep roots of such a problem.

Ultimately it will require you to release all of this justifying evidence from your unconscious mind and body.

The benefits of doing this will be:

1. The re-emergence of your buried positive self.

2. The reclamation of the enormous amounts of lost vital life force energy that is being expended now to keep all that evidence unconscious.

3. A great and renewed sense of resilience to negative events and thoughts.

All of this is easily and quickly accomplished through a new modality called the Mind Resonance Process (MRP) that I developed over 10 years ago. If you would like to experience MRP at no risk to you kindly visit the web link below.
